i love this movie i see that god put them back together and she loved him and returned to him no matter what cost and god fixed every thing his wife was dead now and they were free to love each other i see that if we kept the bible as part of our every day life our world wouldnt be so messed up right now and the only sin they did was love each other

  4. charlene says:

i cry every time when she returns back to him for she was willing to sin to be with the man she loved and god fixed it i see they both had suffered though life and god restored them to whole when they were sitting talking he was telling her he wanted a angle in white she had no ideal he was talking to her about her self though out this movie i want to grab her and tell her get him what is wrong with you cant you see he loves you he even tells her what would jane eyre do and she is allways thinking he wants lady ingram

“The trick, William Potter, is not MINDING that it hurts”.

Fassbender playing the android David in the movie, Prometheus. And apart from the super SFX, he was the best thing in it!

So I read the book, then I watched the Masterpiece Theatre PBS version and now this one. I have to say the book is one of my favorite books out there. And from the two book adaptations I’ve seen, the PBS version was superior to this one. It was longer (in episodes) and so it was more put together and wasn’t as “jumpy” from one scene to another, from one time to a different time. I think for someone who didn’t read the book, this movie wouldn’t explain things well enough. There was not much depth to any of the events. It was a nice watch but I have to say I was disappointed by it, while the PBS one has more depth and was a good way to “see” the book after reading it. I think everyone in it sort of fit how I imagined things as I read. Just my opinion.

i am exited,, very often the movies are not as great and emotional as the books are,, but this movie is another case,, i have just finished the book (for the 5th time) and i can feel and see the true spirit and the sens which i felt reading the book,, the actors are also amazing, maybe my most favorite movie

Splendid production beautifully photographed and acted and I echo saed Nebo’s thanks for this two hours of sheer enjoyment.
